Azita Ghanizada

Azita Ghanizada is the Afghan American actress in the United States who has appeared in numerous TV shows. She was born in Kabul, Afghanistan. Her parents left for the US and were given asylum. Her sister in law was raised in Northern Virginia. Ghanizada began her on-air camera work by appearing in several National Commercials. Ghanizada's performance as Chiara in Laura Neri 2004 film A Kiss on the Nose as Chiara earned her a nomination for Best Actress at a film festivals.
